The Meza mount is well designed and easy to assemble. It does an excellent job, even protecting the massive Warthog choke. A bit pricey for two pieces of steel, but we flight sim fanatics are used to it. A small issue I found is that if you have a table with a rounded beveled edge, the top of the Meza Mount isn't long enough. to get a secure hold. (see image) While most people will admittedly use their own computer desk rather than a hardwood office desk, I was hoping to play my flight sims in my home office (laughs! When I should actually be working). No dice just not enough grip, while the joystick might have been fine, the much heavier throttle had more rebound and seemed to slip every second, I was afraid that if that happened it would tear the cut out bar around my desk. However, with my "regular" computer desk in the entertainment room, this wasn't a problem, it clamped and held like a vise. Just something to keep in mind if you want to play your flight sims while having to work like me!
