Ordered for HD Road Glide Ultra The bag comes with a strong elastic cord at the bottom and two hooks to hold the bag taut on a luggage rack. There were also 4 corner Velcro straps. I've found that the best way to use velcro straps to keep the bag from moving is to "roll" the loop around the rack and then secure it with a hook. After receiving the bag I rode it 1700 miles. Executed flawlessly. Since Harley offers rack weight restrictions, I use mine to carry a raincoat and spare jacket and some road snacks. Mostly bulky but very light stuff. I bought mine as a "return" or whatever here at Revain. Still sealed in original packaging and saved a few bucks. The box was a little wrinkled. Who cares? If it was ever stolen from my bike I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
