The ability to target specific geographic areas in order for us as marketers at our organization (an insurance firm) to better understand what customers are looking up or searching online without being overly costly is one of my favorite aspects about this service! I have not found any downsides that make me dislike them yet but if you aren't familiar with using Google's search platform/tools then it can be hard finding how best utilize their features so do your research before signing up!! Have been able to find new ways to reach out potential clients who may otherwise never see an advertisement from other sources such as social media platforms etc.
