Product failed after 9 months - Manufacturer replaced with no problem
The meter worked as expected for 9 months then stopped turning on when the selector was rotated. From time to time the screen flickered briefly and then went black again. I contacted the manufacturer's product support. I presented proof of purchase and an RMA form and a new multimeter (updated model) was mailed to me and arrived within a few days. Although the original device failed, I give the whole experience 4.5 stars for the manufacturer behind their product at the time.
