I tried them when my baby was first born but they weren't absorbent enough for the amount I leaked. Now that I'm four months postpartum and barely licking, I decided to give it another try. worst idea I have very sensitive skin - my own milk is itchy - and it was like sandpaper on my skin. I didn't have time for an hour when I rushed to change them. So if you have sensitive skin I don't recommend it. Thought I might try night pads anyway and they weren't a problem for my skin, but apparently they didn't fix my leak. I still woke up with a wet bra (and the pads were full). The only thing I liked was that they are so thin they get two stars instead of one. However, I don't know how well it works during the day, so I'm wary of giving anything better than one star. The brand of pads that worked well for my skin and were very absorbent was Lansinoh, but if you've ever used them you know they're just as thick (if not thicker) than other nursing pads. At the same time, my breasts looked unnaturally larger. Now that I don't lick as much I'm hoping to find something as thin as the Nanobi but softer.
