This is amazing! I have a set they made before so I bought this upgraded one for my sister for Christmas. The rugs are strong, the knife is sharp and of high quality, the molds are strong too. This is very convenient for people who love sushi and want to try it for themselves. These are not professional sushi, but they are suitable for the average person. The book isn't very useful and seems to go with the earlier sets, but hasn't been updated to do so. And the mighty Google will help you with that. You can find almost everything you need to know to start using the vast internet. I would also recommend using a press and sealer on your mats if you are a dirty roller like me. Rice can get stuck in mats, and the pressing and sealing makes cleaning difficult. Overall we love it and it's great for our homemade sushi nights. 10/10 Recommended! It's definitely great for the price.
