To get a refund or another bottle of e-liquid I would have to send back a full and empty bottle which is not worth it. I like the product. But be careful when you order, your bottles can leak and you're really just stuck. I don't feel like sending a full bottle that I've already used to get a bottle possibly with product in it. I think this is a quality control issue and someone needs to make sure the lid is tight before it's packed and shipped. Mine was only half screwed on when the item arrived. It's a shame, otherwise it's a good product.
