I recently made the error of purchasing some computer accessories from 1home, and it was a complete catastrophe. The customer service was worse than a dial-up connection, and the goods were at best below average. The mouse I bought was manufactured so shoddily that it broke after only a week, and the replacement was no better. Their supposed "peripherals" were merely fancy paperweights. When it came to customer support, I felt as though I was talking to a brick wall. They were rude, useless, and non-responsive. They appear to enjoy their clients' suffering. Avoid 1home at all means if you want to do yourself a favor. You'll save your electronics and nerves.
