If you want to buy paper cutter, just choose this one. I use it to cut up to 4 sheets of 24# paper at a time, one blade cuts and they're all clean. My trimmer has been in VERY heavy use for over 6 months now and every detail still looks great. I bought replacement blades maybe 4 times (8 blades total) as I was being used very hard and needed a very clean cut. The accuracy of this cutter is phenomenal, accurate to 1/8 inch. I like that the protective cover is transparent. It's really easy to use, cuts straight and doesn't move during use despite being lightweight. THE BEST PAPER CUTTER. Seriously, I recently tried replacing this trusty trimmer with a few other more expensive rotary trimmers. I thought investing in one of these trimmers might help me get more work done faster. Well I was wrong. This review comes after another FAILURE on the second rotary trimmer I bought in a couple of weeks. After this bad experience with supposedly better trimmers, I'm ready to buy more replacement blades for this great little trimmer! Some trimmers do, they suck. They have "cutting mats" which are just pieces of plastic that you cut with every cut, dulling the blades. And those other trims require you to press down really hard - and they don't always cut through! To be fair, there are many rotary trimmers out there, and maybe *cough* or not *cough* is a good one. It just makes me realize how awesome this trimmer is. Updated 6/1/2013 Still working great after over a year. Update 25/02/2015 I have had the same trimmer for 3 years now and it still works great. The only change are some places where the lines and patterns have been erased. However, this is only because of how I use it. And it still works for me after 3 years of daily use!
