As a result of using this product, I found that it was unreliable and actually caused my cat discomfort. While the collar itself seems sturdy, the clasp is flimsy and came undone multiple times, causing my cat to escape. The heart charm also seemed to irritate her skin, leaving red marks whenever she wore it. Overall, I was really disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable collar for their furry friend.
