I liked that the part worked well. But absolutely hated that it was made so cheaply. The mounting holes for the tension came loose when attaching to my door panel. I had to improvise to fix it because I didn't have time to return it. It was 20 degrees outside and I needed a working window. This post was included in the 2014 Dodge Caravan. Yes. You read that right. And 2014. Even the original, factory window regulator was a bunch. What do you expect from Dodge? I have driven 25 year old Toyotas or Hondas with power windows with original motors and controls and they worked perfectly. I think I expected more quality from this item. My only advice is to be very careful when installing. Threaded eyelets are fragile and can break.
