Due to a design flaw, buy this faucet cheap, not a faucet that is very well built and costs twice as much! I think they are resetting them because the popup is leaking... I bought three and all three are leaking. I bought a used version and I believe they were returned due to a leaking problem... well I solved the problem and it's a thread around the plastic pop up body, normally compressible gasket at the bottom of the sink works fine, but the thread tolerance between nut and gasket is too small. My solution was to use teflon tape on the threads of the support grid (see photo), this worked on all three pop up assemblies. Success!
