It is comfortable and stays pretty well put while wearing. It also definitely takes away the "natural” look while braless so you aren’t flopping around in the wind.But there is no lift or support. I can’t get away with wearing it as a strapless because my girls are still sitting on my stomach.I use it under a tank top while working around the house. Not brave enough to wear it in public.For reference, I am 6 ft tall, 250 lbs and a 44DD.Extra large was too small but 1x fit well.
