Product arrived on time. Very soft to the touch. Wore it every day in Prague and Florence during the holidays. I even refused to buy a long and beautiful handmade scarf from the winter market because it wasn't as warm and comfortable as this one. No chafing with prolonged use. I felt warm and comfortable!
