I'm a resident (aka a resident) and I work crazy long shifts, often spending 10+ hours on my feet and moving around constantly. . I always came home with sore feet and a sore lower back no matter what type of shoes I wore (any sneakers, danskos, whatever). The insoles in my shoes didn't matter either. I've tried a few cheaper compression stockings that didn't help much. Then I saw Sockwell socks and although they are expensive they are worth it! I don't wear any other socks to work. I have about 7 pairs and they are worth every penny. I have never had pain in my legs or lower back! I had no idea how much compression stockings would help me with my healthy 28 year old. 100% recommended! I am now recommending them to all my friends and everyone I know who is on their feet all day. I even bought a pair for my friend who is a teacher and even he loves them!
