The price is too high and not as advertised.
I bought both shampoo and balm. The hoses blistered as if they had been in the heat for too long. I kept it because I didn't want to suffer when I returned it. I didn't really care about those who were sent. too strong for me Allegedly improves hair color. I didn't see any difference. I will definitely not buy again. I'm giving it three stars overall because the shampoo lathers well and the conditioner is moisturizing.
