I like that you can actually see what is available for your level and also filter by specific criteria such as culture fit or experience required etc.

The filters don't always seem to be working when we click them but it could just be me! It's great if you're looking at multiple roles/companies within one industry sector so that there isn't too much clicking around trying to find exactly what you want. You have to know how to navigate their site well otherwise you'll spend more time than necessary searching through options (that might not even apply) - this happens to everyone else who uses the platform I'm sure! They've helped me get my foot in the door many times now and they never fail to deliver on promises. From an employer perspective I love knowing where potential candidates go after submitting their profile rather than having to chase people down myself.
