Review on Rakam by Niranjan Reynolds

I like that it is an intuitive user interface, very clear to see when you have issues with your application or how much activity your users are doing within the app. The system can sometimes become confused at times and crash if there's too many connections being made over time which makes troubleshooting difficult. They need to improve their support staff because they do not always respond in a timely manner. We use rakam for our website so we don't have a lot of problems but the ability to make changes without having to reach out to anyone else is great.
