At the moment we have been using this brand for about half a year. At first we bought it from a local store but they no longer carried it. I was happy to get it from Revain with Prime shipping for the same price we paid previously. We started this because our cat was diagnosed with diabetes. In addition to the daily insulin injections, we had to find a low-carb, high-protein cat food. We didn't want to add spending money and buy prescription cat food, so I researched many different cat foods and tried to find one that met our needs (high protein/low carb, affordable). That's why we bought this brand. Our cat seems to like this food very much. He smells good (like cat food) and he eats everything. We combine this with Fancy Feast wet cat food. We use a small portion of dry food in combination with wet food at every meal (twice a day). Our cat went into remission thanks to the use of insulin combined with his new diet! We have continued to follow the same diet and feeding schedule and luckily his sugar is staying under control without insulin. The price of this food is higher than other well-known brands, but it has a lot more protein than your typical popular brands. The pack size is also smaller, but that's normal for us as we only give a very small amount at each feeding. If you are dealing with feline diabetes, or just want to feed your cat high protein dry food and don't want to spend a lot on food, I would recommend speaking to your vet (if you are dealing with diabetes) and giving this brand a try!
