cracked and broken at the eyes
I had to send it back immediately! I was busy and it was pretty cheap and they probably wouldn't pay me to send it back. The problem was the packaging. It was literally just thrown into a giant box with no packaging material. Of course the eyeliner was broken! It was pretty cheap so I think I got what I paid for. I have used this before and I have discontinued the product. There is no excuse for sending in a broken, cracked product.
