Glad I bought this. I'm reorganizing my office and had a lot of things to destroy. I was able to destroy a paper bag of documents in under an hour, and the device never overheated. This involved a lot of paper that was folded or stapled in half, which made her fat, but which engaged her like a champ. I've even registered old checkbooks and duplicate checks. The micro cut is also much more reliable; they are in pieces! Much better to use this than my old diamond cut grinder which died on me. It was sticking and overheating so much that I had to take breaks with it. I was able to work through a bit of it straight away. I love that it has wheels to make it portable and a detachable bin so you don't have to take it apart to access it.
