I love being able see my progress towards reaching milestones in between meetings! The ability share these updates has been great as well - it's really helped me stay focused throughout this process which was very important when we were starting out new hires who had never worked together before (and no one knew what each other did!). Not much so far but overall goal span looks like an awesome product worth using especially if you're looking into giving some form or structure around reviews/feedback within teams / companies etc.. We've not seen any downsides yet either though there may have just come along time since launch date!! Give them try first then decide whether its something thats going work better than traditional methods used previously e.g 1 off face2face meeting per year?
