Really fine crumbs, no dust
A few years ago I bought a branded microplane. It works great but is too good for things like parmesan. I tried my new PRO grater today, ground cheddar into eggs and it actually gave me finely grated cheese. This is perfect for shredding parmesan into pasta, garlic bread, etc. It feels quite sturdy and has a plastic lid that's easy and convenient to remove (and put back on for security). I can recommend it with confidence.
