Won't turn on under Medical Supplies
The scale would not turn on after 4 attempts with the included and new batteries. I called the manufacturer and ordered the goods to be returned to the seller for an exchange. Cannot be exchanged upon return. I paid $77 for a defective item 2 weeks ago. I will not pay $94.75 (a 23% increase). Very disappointed, this was a Mother's Day gift for my 93 year old disabled mother. Too bad this experience is with a highly respected scale and company. went so bad. I am happy to review the test of the working scale for the same price I paid 2 weeks ago, ie exchange.
