Zerowater have the best filtration technology and shipping was fast and free so no complaints. The only problem is the "Ready Fill" function. In addition to a spigot at the bottom, it is advertised that water can be poured from above as long as there is water in the tank. The front top of the tank is closed to prevent spillage when you pour water while there is water in the top tank. The problem is that there are leaky seams that will leak if you really try. The seams have to be sealed or made as a single seamless piece to work, which they obviously have NOT done. I'm not sure if my product is defective or if the manufacturer only half engineered this feature. After all, it's still a bigger jug than most on the market, and it uses Zerowater filters, which perform far better than anything Brita or PUR do. Overall a good buy but I have to say to the manufacturer: don't advertise features you didn't develop or proper quality control. Again, the seller and the delivery were fine, no problems with them.
