I like that it's very simple yet helps get results quickly. It is quick n'easy and has helped us improve our brand so far! The only thing about this product as well others we've used are how long you have use its features before they start coming up with other products or services you may need. So if your looking something fast but not complicated look no further!! Our business needs some work done, especially when marketing new projects. They help keep track of what people say across different social channels which allows me to make decisions quicker than normal due my knowledge base being larger by using multiple accounts instead just one account. Easy UI/UX. I like the simplicity of using it. It's something that you can use even if your technical knowledge isn't great. You could be on the wrong track as far as solving issues within the system. Not the greatest tool for people who are more technically savvy than others. The best part about it is that it has allowed me to easily search through conversations and see which ones have made my brand stand out or which ones might need some work.
