I read that many customers say that the box arrived scratched and dented. My 2 boxes arrived in a regular box, with no padding, but the box had a large tag that said "Do not drop, handle with care". That means my boxes arrived in great condition! Quality construction, approximately 25 lbs each, thick sidewalls and strong locking mechanism. I use it as a safe in the camper. Keep in mind that the locking mechanism material takes up about 1.5 inches of depth in the box. So if you think the internal dimensions are correct, they are not, you have to take into account that the lock takes up volume inside. AFTER 1 year of almost unused box, since it was installed in the camper, the locking mechanism got stuck and could not open it. I emailed support as it was still under warranty. I even sent them a video of the problem. They replied that they would send me a new lock and the old one would have to be drilled. I replied again that it wasn't the lock that was broken but the shutter inside that didn't allow it to work properly. The answer was again "To solve this problem, we will send you a new lock". For $200 a box, I expect the locking mechanism to be better and that the American company stands by their product. Such a shame!
