Review on chenyang by Ray Adair

I had high expectations for Chenyang Electronics, but sadly I was disappointed. Although they claimed to sell only the best equipment, the ones I received were by no means spectacular. The computer I bought was slow and antiquated, and the accessories were shoddy and broke down in a matter of days. But their customer service is even more annoying. They say they take pride in it, but when I tried to ask for a refund or exchange, I only encountered resistance and justifications. It appeared as though they were unconcerned with my satisfaction as a client. I also discovered that their promise to offer reasonable prices was incorrect. Their costs were higher than those of many other online electronics retailers, and the value of the goods just wasn't there. I was quite dissatisfied with my overall experience at Chenyang Electronics. Anyone searching for high-quality equipment and dependable customer service shouldn't use them, in my opinion. Avoid the inconvenience by shopping somewhere else.
