This case is different from other cases I have purchased. First, the keyboard is not attached to the case. It's not removable, it's just not attached. In order to position the iPad for easy viewing, the keyboard needs to be brought closer to the user when the case is fully open. Second, I had to re-establish the Bluetooth connection every time I used the keyboard. Simply pressing the CONNECT button on the keyboard did nothing. Maybe I didn't wait long enough to connect? If I don't use the iPad for anything else for a while, I need to reconnect the keyboard to the iPad in Settings. The case itself is nice and I like the space for the stylus. The keyboard is nice and easy to use. It has a cover that fits over the buttons. The cover is nicely made and looks like it keeps the keys clean, but typing without the cover is a little easier. I wish there was a way to attach the keyboard to the case if I want to move it. I'm not rating the battery life because I haven't had this case long enough to know what the battery life is.
