Review on Bakers Edge Better Muffin Cupcake by Katrina Davis

When I was thinking about a new muffin pan for my cornbread, I wasn't sure I wanted to spend that much. I can tell you this is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets in a kitchen full of appliances. I was very surprised at how heavy and durable this pan is. It is easy to clean and feels almost non-stick. It also makes very flavorful corn tortillas. I didn't make it anymore, bought it solely for cornbread. Maybe one day I'll make something else out of it. Bonus, it's perfect for my convection toaster!
