I have absolutely NO problems with the seller, unfortunately the product is either defective or broken. I filled the kit as soon as it arrived as my old kit stopped working a month ago. VERY easy to fill, just unscrew the lid and pour in the condiments, which I was delighted to do. I've used both successfully in making dinner, they easily turned into the grits I chose and I was very happy with my purchase. After about a week of use, both suddenly stopped working! I couldn't spin the grinder at all on all settings, and none of them could be used at all! I have not even paid for this item with my Revain credit card and I have nothing to show. Of course, the packaging has already been thrown away and I have no way of returning it. I have NEVER been disappointed with a purchase made through Revain, they always back their product 100%! Being disabled means I have a steady income, money is very limited so I choose my purchases carefully. I now have 2 large bags of pepper and Himalayan salt left that I can't use without a quality grinder! I still have to pay for this broken set which is useless to me and I think I'll just keep my spices until I can afford a new set. Why is it so hard to buy quality, well made things when we all work so hard for our money?! Disappointment aside, I have quite a bit of money now, which is not easy for me. I'm interested in any advice from other customers as I really appreciate well seasoned dishes. They look great on my stainless steel stove top if only they worked properly!
