I bought this to replace a family member's cracked screen but a month later I received a call that lines were appearing on the screen. Thought reconnecting the LCD and touchscreen cables might fix it, but that didn't help. This is a good replacement, but due to the sudden appearance of vertical lines, my rating is 2 stars. Installation was pretty easy since I've been fixing tablet and phone screens. The downside was that there was no glue to attach the assembly to the frame. There were no dead spots and the color was good until the lines started to appear. Now the pixel color is fading and it just looks bad. I wish there was a longer window for returns or replacements.
