Perfect shoes! in my rating
I am seriously obsessed with this shoe. They are so cute with fringes on the back and true to size for my 13 month old. I've worn them a number of times and they're just as gorgeous with leggings and t-shirts as they are with ruffled dresses. I will buy a ton more! I can't believe they are so cheap!

- By far my favorite baby shoes for my daughter. Great price too.

- Shoes can be too heavy for children's feet.
