Finally found the right dress size. According to the charts, bust/chest is 30. It will be a size 140 or 8-9. After ordering three times we finally got the right one. As a result, we settled on size "160” 11-12 years for 7 years. Fits snugly in the zipper, not too tight or loose. But it's a bit long. This is how the petticoat and/or small heels should be fixed.
