I tried one of the three. One is a serrated knife which I understand is good for softer things like peaches? I don't know this type of peeling. Regardless, I tried the regular old peeler in the group, not the Y. And it was a bit difficult to hold, the handle isn't as big as my Cuisinart. It was a bit difficult to clean, it seemed a bit stuck. I've used it on a few veggies and it wasn't impressive, but it did the job. I still prefer my Cuisinart and will probably only use it when we're canning and need a lot of knives at once.
