I bought the device based on a recommendation, but was a bit skeptical because of the review. Now I'm so glad I bought it. Works great on large windows. Pros: Cleans very well. It took me a little practice to master it. You need to dry clean the window first, especially the outside with a lot of dust. Next, several passes of wet cleaning. The suction power is good. I was so scared at first that he would fall and crash on the concert floor. For most windows there is no such concern. Minimal human effort. I was doing other household chores as he was cleaning 5 large windows on both sides. You can also meditate to see how it works. Cons: As another reviewer said, it might fall for some windows. I have several old windows with uneven architraves. When it stops at the bottom, the robot cannot continue sucking due to the angle of the body. Since the cleaning pad is round, it does not affect the 4 corners of the window. It can be neglected as the untouched size is very small. In the wet cleaning cycle, the nozzle does not spray enough, so it is important to moisten the bottom sponge. You should also keep the top plate dry to wipe the window dry. I manually sprayed a little on part of the stain and it worked great. The label on the remote control is not clear. During the first few runs I don't know how to set up the drying cycle. It automatically uses the spray. I ended up emptying the dry cleaning water chamber and refilling it during the wet cleaning cycle. I later noticed that the instructions say to check the color of the light for dry/wet light selections. I still hope that the remote control could better indicate the choice between wet and dry cleaning. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.
