User friendly interface with good customer service through phone or email if need be.

Able to utilize all available features in one platform as well so it's not necessary for me too have additional software that I'd like/use less often than others! Being able to use my own billing method rather being tied into an external provider makes this product ideal when looking at our business model & budget needs moving forward without making any extra costs (that we want). I like how easy it was to use for our team members who are not computer savvy such as myself! We were able figure out everything we needed in order run efficiently with this software very quickly!! We have been using visual dispatch since February 2018 which has allowed us so keep up with all aspects regarding safety requirements required within each project given at hand while still keeping track of time cards/payroll etc..
