1. The hands are fixed and cannot be used to thrust. as advertised in the product description.2. Interaction is so limited that the toy is annoying. The main action associated with this item is replacing the "head" when it rolls off the base4. Popping noises from twisting hands require tedious effort (and heavily inflated balloons), and there will be very little of it.
