When working the product is great, easy to set up, the spray is forceful and the floor pads clean and absorbed liquid pretty well. Like the fact that you can mix your own cleaning solution and it comes with extra cleaning pads. Everything was fine fr the first few uses. And then, it just started leaking cleaning solution. The floor would get too wet and it created extra work to dry it up. When you went back to it, the solution bottle would be empty from the leak. I tried to contact customer support about my problem, they had no phone number or chat option, just an email that never responded to my request. I loved the product but it's reliability and support fell short.
