What a total junk. The instructions specifically state that the metal parts must be fully and completely encased in the plastic. So of course the holes aren't cut properly, so you have to insert the metal into the plastic - and then - crack! Just a small tear on one of the bottom supports so I figured it would be ok right? Then I assemble the top and with my hands push the plastic supports onto the 3 metal bars and the thing breaks in half. I can't make up. I just burned a $20 bill waiting to pick it up when we don't need our heavy jackets in the spring, and in fact I'm a week late. I will call the company and ask if they can supply me with new props. I will update the rating when the issue is resolved.
