It works, but the workmanship on it is poorly done.

Works but not what I would call out of the box. The mounting blocks for the rails were loose, I had to remove one and trim the burr to make it flush. The handling of the chuck and jaws is terrible. I had to spend time on small files and flatten everything so it closes at least halfway. The engine runs smooth and quiet.
