I ordered two of these because I was tired of threading a 1 1/2 inch belt through the loops of my women's jeans. Received them today and was disappointed to see that the inside of the belt was not a suede finish as expected, but some sort of smooth layer that was glued or glued onto the base layer of the belt, the surface of the belt inner Layer was smooth and shiny, in some places as if swollen. This is definitely not the original belt leather. This is called a glued skin because the layers are glued together. The layers will separate over time. I expected this to happen with these straps so I sent them back.
