The best thing about graphler is that they have very good engineers who can understand your requirements and come up with solutions which you were looking for. They also provide free quotes so it's really easy when comparing prices from other companies as well. It was not great at all working with them as I had to chase people around constantly while getting things done - this meant we never got anything completed. Don't bother using their services if you want quality work done quickly. Their time-sheets where awful (and often wrong) too! This has been fixed now but there was some issues back then. Just go elsewhere. Trying to get building plans designed and built.
