This is a lightweight stainless steel funnel with a sieve to remove particles. I've used it to pour grape juice into beer bottles and found that the strainer holds particles well: I had to rinse it out after each bottle, and the spray nozzle on the faucet made it quick. The only downside was the flat part on the faucet. the bottom of the funnel adjacent to the top of the bottle: I had to tilt the funnel to deflate. A small pimple in this flat area will release air.
