I purchased these because I am suffering from arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome in my right hand. The use of actual exercise balls for the hand are too much for me. These are absolutely perfect. They are soft, and easy to squeeze. If you have similar issues, please try this. I am thrilled and I know this will help me.
