I had a hard time finding gray flats and at an affordable price. When I came upon these, I thought I found a gem in the rough. And I did. They fit true to my size. The color was exactly what I was looking for in gray. The material is very pretty. I have no complaints about the product itself.I did however have a problem with the packing. The shoes were placed in the shoebox without the sticks inside the shoes, and the paper wrapping was just stuffed on the bottom instead of wrapped around the shoes. The shoebox was tackily taped with clear packing tape. I figured mine were returned. I wished the presentation would have been better.
