Having made this purchase primarily after considering the comments from product reviews (not just product descriptions) I felt I had to give a review that was helpful for those thinking about the same type of product. Car seat covers are quality and fit across the board - I needed something that would protect my seats, keep my 100 lb dog from slipping, and that didn't look like furry junk after a lot of use. I am happy to report that this product meets all my needs and appears to be very well made! It's only been in use for a week but so far so good - it honestly fits perfectly in the back seat of my Ford Focus for something that wasn't custom made to my car's specific dimensions. Loops over the rear headrests hold it in place at the top, and the anchors tying it to the curve of the seat are smart and seem to hold up well. The velcro straps for the harness buckles are perfect, especially as I just bought a new dog travel harness that attaches to it. I was looking for a hemmed cover along the front and side of the seat and I'm glad I did as it offers much more protection and helps keep the cover in place (100lbs of a dog , moving from behind, will topple almost everything except this one (stay on cover). At first I wanted something softer in the fabric to give the dog a better grip, but softer fabric will attract more hair. it was a compromise. Finally, I love how the fur almost ricochets on this case, meaning it's brand new in no time with a quick shake. All in all I'm very happy with this case and hope it wears as well as it looks right now!
