I really like these. They are snug enough around my baby's waist and legs (started using them at around 18 months - now 2 years old) but not so tight that she could complain. But they are loose in body, which is handy for some purposes. We usually wear her when she's just hanging around the house with her pants off, but we do wear tight panties under our clothes. These are probably the easiest panties we have for her to take off herself. The tag is on the outside which prevents itching and I'm just too lazy to cut it off as she only wears it at home anyway.
