This product works phenomenally well! Keep in mind that if you're following the directions for pouring just distilled water (tap water contains trace minerals that can be poured into the grooves of the vinyl, use distilled water) to the bottom of the outside 12" roller, this measures perfectly so the grout just touches the grooves. I have yet to see the solution drip onto a paper label if you pour the solution to the correct height and do 3 times clockwise 3 times counter clockwise, The solution naturally drips down through the grooves, only down the sides, NOT directly onto the label. The solution/water fill line ratio is exactly in line with the included instructions, which avoids touching the label and protects the vinyl grooves. Also, make sure to use a thin microfiber cloth to grasp and lift the plate, allow the excess solution to drip back into the basin from below to remove excess liquid, and use your other hand to gently dry with the supplied drying cloth in the direction from the groove. , install on the dryer and VOILA! I am so glad I have these, I have around 200 records which I inherited from my father when he died in April (Father rest your collection is cherished), to clean, organize and care for them.
