Benefits; Economical, VERY portable, quick to read and easy to set up. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS Cons; does not work optimally without "learning/programming" the environment you are using the counter with. It's not the end of the world, however, and it's not intended to be used on a device. A small LCD screen on the meter would be great rather than having to pair it with a phone OR maybe add an option for a USB/computer to store and plot data.
